Suzuki is another member of the “Big Four” from Japan. It began manufacturing motorcycles in 1952 by producing a vehicle which looked like a simple bicycle but equipped with an engine. One year later, Suzuki rolled out a motorcycle equipped with a side valve engine with a single cylinder which produced 4 horsepower, and came with a three speed gearbox and telescopic front forks. Today the company produces a broad range of motorcycles, and it also builds automobiles.
